What if I don’t live in an area with an eMuza representative?
I bought my scooter, and am nervous about transforming my ATLAS for the first time.
Don’t worry, we are here to support you. You can watch eMuza’s support videos to guide you along the way. If an eMuza representative did a live demonstration with you, you can be sure they will do a hands on tutorial with you once your unit arrives.
Will my insurance provider pay for the ATLAS scooter?
Because the eMuza ATLAS is classified as a mobility aid, many insurance companies will offer up to 80% reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to see if this is the case for you.
What is your shipping policy?
eMuza Mobility offers flat rate shipping from Surrey, BC across Canada and the United States. Expect your eMuza rider to arrive within 2-10 business days to its final destination.
Do you ship overseas?
Absolutely! Please Contact us directly to process your shipment, as we would like to ensure you receive the proper power cables with your battery charger.
